Extruded aluminium jambs will be fitted at either end of the operable wall opening to match panel faces. The adjustable jamb is able to compensate for vertical discrepancies of up to 10mm. The customer is responsible for providing adequate fixing in walls to support appropriate weights hung off adjustable jambs.

A standard panel fitted with a 150mm extruded aluminium frame finished to match panel faces. It has the ability to extend or retract 90mm, overlapping the standard panel to which it is attached.

Pass Doors provide convenient and independent access through an operable wall without the need to move any of the panels. Options available include:
Doors are hinged on permanently fitted adjustable jamb. Recommended maximum width is 900mm.
Inset A pass doors are set within the panel itself and centred.
Inset L pass doors are set to one side within the panel itself.
Manually operated panels, top supported on a four-wheel trolley, hinged in groups of two or three. The groups of panels move in sequence from the tracked position to a flat wall position. Using an expanding panel or full height pass door, the wall is activated into the closed position to provide a sound retardant barrier.
Centre Hung Track System (11 kb)
Manually operated individual panels, top supported on two carrier disc assemblies. Track incorporates a side track at one end to enable side stacking of panels. Panels are moved in sequence from the stacked position to a flat wall position then a full height pass door or expanding panel is activated in the closed position to provide a sound retardant barrier.
Side Stack Track System (11 kb)
Manually operated individual panels, top supported on two carrier disc assemblies. Track enables the panels to be moved away into remote stacking areas, such as cupboards. Panels are capable of negotiating track-mitred corners of any degrees. When all panels are unstacked, an expanding panel or full height pass door is activated into the closed position to provide a sound retardant barrier.
Multi-Directional Track System (19 kb)
The overhead support structure consists of 10mm all-thread from either concrete slab or steel beam to ceiling line. F17 KDHWD is then bolted to the all-thread and aluminium track is screw-fixed to the KDHWD. Steel beams are to be supplied and installed by the customer.
Depending on the track system being used, wall stacks may be centre, side or remote stacks. Our sales team are available to assist and advise on the stacking system best suited to your particular project.
Straight track with panels, usually hinged in pairs, stacking on the main track system.
One side of the panel remains on the track line while the other side enters a side track.
Panels are stacked in a cupboard or recess away from the track line.
